IT Technician

**About the Role** We are looking for a self-driven and service-oriented IT Technician who wants to help develop and manage the IT environment in a rapidly growing, international, and tech-driven company. In this role, you will have a broad responsibility where you support all our offices in Sweden – both remotely and through on-site visits when necessary. You will handle everything from support cases and troubleshooting to installation, operation, and development of our IT infrastructure. The role requires you to be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, driving cases to completion, and having a natural ability to create structure and stability in the IT environment. This position is for you who have a few years of experience as an IT Technician or Operations Technician and enjoy a varied role where technical competence is combined with service, problem-solving, and improvement work. **Your Responsibilities** • Manage and drive support cases - from initial analysis to action and follow-up • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both client and server environments • Install, configure, and operate network and system infrastructure • Administer user accounts, permissions, and security settings • Participate in and drive projects aimed at improving and modernizing the IT environment • Act as a requirements setter and point of contact for external IT providers (e.g., Data Com) • Support offices with hardware, networks, printers, meeting technology, and workplace equipment • Document procedures, solutions, and system changes • Ensure stable operations and a high level of service for internal users **Your Profile** • A few years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar technical role • Very good familiarity with Microsoft environments (Windows, Azure AD, M365) • Experience with Google Workspace is a plus • Experience with the Pyramid business system is a strong advantage • Familiarity with networks (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) • Experience in setting requirements and collaborating with external suppliers • Structured, self-driven, and confident in prioritizing and managing your own cases • Strong service focus and excellent problem-solving skills • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Experience from fast-growing or international environments is advantageous **What We Offer** • A broad and responsible technical role where you can influence and develop our IT environment • Work in a modern, international, and tech-driven company • Opportunity to work both independently and closely with our offices across the country • A workplace where innovation, efficiency, and development are at the center **About Us** Job&Talent is one of the fastest-growing staffing companies in the world, aiming to transform the labor market and create a more efficient and fair matching process through technology and AI.
