**Your New Role**
Do you want to help build the IT environment of the future where stability meets innovation? We are currently seeking a driven IT technician with a passion for container-based platforms who wants to be a key player in the development, operation, and management of our client's modern IT infrastructure.
As an IT technician, you will work in an engaged team responsible for their container platforms based on OpenShift and Kubernetes. You will contribute to creating robust, scalable, and secure solutions that support a critical societal operation with high demands for availability and quality.
**You Will:**
• Develop, operate, and manage container-based platforms.
• Ensure high stability and performance in production environments.
• Automate and streamline operational processes.
• Work on continuous improvements and quality-enhancing measures.
• Collaborate with other technical specialists across various "towers" and sub-areas.
**To Succeed in This Role, You Need:**
• At least 3 years of experience in large-scale IT operations for organizations with at least 1,000 users.
• At least 3 years of experience with RedHat OpenShift clusters and operations, including installation.
• At least 3 years of experience with transaction servers.
• At least 3 years of experience with Java application servers.
• At least 5 years of experience with Linux RHEL.
• At least 5 years of experience in container technology (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
• At least 5 years of experience with automated deliveries towards CAP (CI/CD).
• At least 5 years of experience with programming/scripting languages (Python and Java).
• Desirable: Experience working with agile team planning (SAFe/Scrum/Kanban).
• Desirable: Experience with WebLogic application server.
• Desirable: Experience with Wildfly application server.
• Desirable: Experience with Casual transaction server.
