We are in an exciting phase with strong growth and are now seeking an IT/System Specialist to complement our team. In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal.
Your Responsibilities
As an IT/System Specialist at Zafe Care Systems, you will play a central role in our technical team, where you will be responsible for ensuring that our IT services and systems operate stably, securely, and efficiently. You will work closely with our system manager and contribute throughout the entire chain – from implementation and configuration to operation, optimization, and further development of our technical platforms.
You will:
• Perform technical activities related to the operation, setup, and improvement of systems and IT services.
• Implement and configure solutions in both cloud and local environments.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical incidents while contributing to continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support to system administrators, operations, and support teams.
• Document system configurations and changes, and contribute to internal knowledge transfer.
• Ensure that our solutions comply with information security and regulatory requirements, in line with ISO 27001.
This role is for you who enjoy working closely with technology, have an eye for detail, and like solving problems in complex system environments. Some on-call duty may be required.
Your Background/Your Qualities
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in IT, system administration, network technology, or equivalent experience. You have worked with technical tasks in IT operations, system setup, or integrations, and feel comfortable in both Windows and Linux environments. Experience with cloud platforms, hybrid solutions, and automation or scripting tools is advantageous. Additionally, if you have experience in welfare technology, security alarms, integrations, or information security (e.g., ISO 27001), we consider that a significant plus.
You are an analytical and solution-oriented person who works methodically and structured. You find it easy to collaborate and communicate clearly in technical contexts while taking responsibility for driving your tasks to completion. Accuracy, curiosity, and a willingness to share knowledge are qualities we highly value.
The position requires a valid driver's license (B) and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Basic knowledge of English is also desirable.
We Offer You
We offer you an independent and varied job where you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technology in security solutions. You will be part of a dedicated team with strong cohesion, where you will receive support from experienced colleagues and access to continuous professional development and good employment conditions. With us, you will have significant responsibility and freedom in your work, while also having close access to both technical support and colleagues. We are in the midst of an exciting initiative where we are restructuring for the future – and this role is an important part of that development.
