About the Assignment
The Department of Chemical Processes and Pharmaceuticals is seeking an IT System Administrator to support a technology team in Södertälje. The assignment involves responsibility for the management and user support of our IT infrastructure, with a particular focus on computerized systems in a GMP-regulated environment.
As an IT System Administrator, you will act as the link between the client’s department and their central IT department. You will handle daily support, troubleshooting, and plan for maintenance and, where applicable, development. You will also contribute to the procurement and implementation of new systems and instruments, ensuring that both internal and regulatory requirements are met.
You will be a knowledge bearer during an ongoing recruitment of a new IT System Administrator.
The assignment also includes:
• Training colleagues in our systems
• Support in matters related to data storage, access, and data integrity
• Participation as an IT expert during inspections as an IT specialist (you will receive support with this).
Mandatory Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in system management/IT
• Good knowledge of Windows, networking, AD (LDAP), scripting, and troubleshooting
• Experience with data storage from instruments, audit trails, and data integrity
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious
• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry
• Practical experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
• Documented GMP knowledge from an IT perspective (e.g., qualification documentation, deviation investigations)
