Have you worked as an operations technician, in customer service, or IT support? Do you have expertise in Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, or networking? Then we would love to hear from you!
We are seeking a service-oriented and technology-interested individual who wants to further develop their skills in IT support at one of our client organizations in Umeå.
About the Position
You will be part of a dedicated support team working to provide first-class service to users in various IT environments. Here, you will have the opportunity to broaden your skills, take on diverse cases, and contribute to a smooth IT day-to-day for our clients.
In the support team, there is no strict division between first and second-line support – instead, team members help each other with incoming cases and strive to resolve as many as possible directly to create quick and good results for users.
Your Responsibilities
• Receive and handle IT-related cases from users
• Provide professional customer interactions
• Manage and troubleshoot client computers, servers, and mobile phones
• Active Directory administration
• Drive cases to resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Identify and report recurring issues in the IT environment
Your Profile
To thrive in this role, we are looking for someone who is service-focused, structured, and enjoys a team environment where knowledge is shared and members support each other. You should have a strong technical interest and a desire to develop further in the field.
Requirements:
• Experience or education in IT support
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
Merits:
• Experience with service desk, user support, or technical customer service
• Knowledge of Windows Server/client, Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, networking, hardware, and case management systems
• Strong personal drive and problem-solving ability
