JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Our IT and Digitalization Department currently has approximately 70 employees, distributed across four units. We are seeking a new team member for the Servicedesk, our first-line support. This is a temporary position. Together with colleagues, you will be the face of the IT department, working within an IT organization with high ambitions and a constant drive to improve.
IT Servicedesk provides IT support and handles requests from employees and students within the municipal organization. We manage inquiries received via phone, in-person, and our service portal.
Our goal is to provide the best possible service and customer experience. Your tasks include providing phone support and managing service queue tickets, primarily through remote computer access. You will handle troubleshooting and problem-solving using instructional knowledge articles in our ticket management system, supported by established processes and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive here, you should be service-oriented and enjoy working collaboratively. You have strong social skills and a keen interest in technology. You are flexible, adept at prioritizing work, and have a genuine desire to learn, which means independently seeking new knowledge.
You must communicate clearly and pedagogically, both verbally and in writing, always maintaining a pleasant demeanor. You are curious and eager to contribute to our organization's development.
We seek candidates with at least a high school diploma. Previous experience in customer service or support, with strong telephone communication skills, is advantageous.
You should have excellent Swedish language skills in speaking and writing, and good English comprehension. Personal qualities are highly valued.
This is a twelve-month temporary position.
