About this role
Arctic Paper Grycksbo is one of three paper mills that are part of ARCTIC PAPER S.A. and has approximately 320 employees. In Grycksbo, coated wood-free paper is produced for quality-conscious customers such as printers, book publishers, newspaper publishers, advertising agencies, paper distributors, and packaging companies. The other mills are located in Munkedal, Sweden, and Kostrzyn, Poland. The group as a whole produces both coated and uncoated wood-free paper. The product portfolio includes well-known brands such as Amber, Arctic, G-Print, and Munken. The production capacity for the three mills is approximately 700,000 tons of paper per year. The majority is sold through 14 of the company's own sales offices in Europe. Arctic Paper S.A. has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since October 2009 and on NASDAQ in Stockholm since December 2012.
Do you want to work in an international company where your contribution makes a difference every day? Arctic Paper Grycksbo is seeking an IT Support Technician who will primarily work with troubleshooting and managing cases in our case management system. You will ensure that our users receive prompt and professional assistance—both digitally and on-site.
Responsibilities
In this role, your main responsibility will be to receive and prioritize incoming cases. You will work systematically in our case management system, distribute cases, follow up, and document solutions according to established procedures. In addition, you will provide technical support directly to users, manage equipment and inventory within the digital workplace, and act as an advisor on IT matters. You will collaborate closely with various functions within the organization to ensure that our IT services operate optimally. The role may also involve on-call duties and limited travel.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with experience working in a Microsoft environment and a genuine interest in IT and technology. You are a person who combines social skills and teamwork with precision and good organizational ability. You enjoy working independently, are confident in your professional role, and appreciate an environment with many points of contact. To succeed in this role, you need to be able to express yourself and perform tasks in both Swedish and English, and you hold a valid driver's license (B category).
It is an advantage if you have certifications, such as ITIL or Microsoft. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and hardware is a plus, as well as language skills in Polish. Additionally, a basic understanding of infrastructure, servers, and networks is certainly beneficial.
