In this role, you will provide technical support for both mobile and fixed network solutions directly to our customers, as well as function as 2nd line support for internal company departments. The position demands high requirements for your analytical ability and problem-solving competence. You will become part of a competent and tight-knit team of approximately 20 employees, where collaboration and service spirit are in focus. Our technical customer service is staffed 24/7, every day of the week. The work therefore involves a combination of daytime, shift work, and on-call duty after completed introduction.
