About the Role
We are now seeking an experienced IT Support Technician who wants to become part of a dedicated team for one of our clients. Here you will work on providing user support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the IT environment operates optimally. The role involves both daily user support and work with more advanced technical solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing support to users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Managing and maintaining servers and network environments.
• Participating in improvement projects and contributing to IT infrastructure development.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least 3 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
• Has worked with server management and networks in previous assignments.
• Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Is communicative and enjoys helping users.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization solutions.
• Knowledge of IT security and backup solutions.
This is a consulting assignment through Gigstep. You will initially be employed by us with the potential to transition to direct employment with the company.
