In the role of Support Technician, you will be involved in all steps regarding the implementation, development, and management of the client's systems and services. We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-oriented, and goal-driven, while also being service-minded and always keeping the customer in focus. As a person, you are a quick learner, easily able to familiarize yourself with new tools and systems, and you thrive and perform well in a fast-paced environment. You will be working on receiving, registering, categorizing, and prioritizing cases via phone, portal, and email from both customers and internal and external users. Responsibilities: • You will resolve incoming cases with customer service and safety as the highest priority. • Manage orders for, for example, permissions and accounts. • Coordinate and communicate solutions developed in collaboration with the client's system and technical managers, both internally and from suppliers. • Continuously contribute to improving daily and long-term work and take responsibility for your own development. • Contribute your expertise to the team. • Collaborate with customers and suppliers. Qualifications: • Experience in technical support. • Drive to work with continuous improvements. • A strong sense of helping others. • A passionate interest in technology. • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple way to various stakeholders. • Relevant education and/or certifications are advantageous. • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
