**About the Role:**
As an IT Support Technician, you will be the company's face to the outside world and responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and users. You will:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and cases through our support system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues within client, server, and network environments.
• Escalate more complex cases.
• Work with user accounts, passwords, and permissions in various systems.
• Ensure that customers have a positive experience through quick and professional service.
**We are looking for someone who:**
• Has a strong interest in IT and technology, preferably with a basic education in IT.
• Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and possesses good communication skills.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good knowledge of English.
• Has experience with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking knowledge.
• Has experience in a similar role.
