This position will be part of the Accounting Department located at the central office in Karlstad.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now seeking an IT Support Specialist to work at our central office. The role is a central part of our work in creating a modern, secure, and user-friendly IT environment. The position combines daily user support with responsibility for developing processes and routines related to IT operations and user support. The IT Support Specialist will contribute both operationally and strategically to strengthening ABF's digital work environment in close collaboration with other employees in IT and other functions within the central office.
We are looking for someone who will work on providing first and second-line support to ABF employees through our ticketing system, phone, and Teams. The work will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues in Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networks, and client equipment. You will administer user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange/Exchange Online, as well as handle basic user support and register administration in internal systems.
You will also participate in, and in some cases drive, projects related to changes, implementations, or improvements of IT systems and processes. You are expected to contribute to the development of the support function's structure and working methods, including documentation, training, and self-service materials. We see this position as a link between the IT unit, suppliers, and the organization regarding digital tools and permissions.

As requirements for the position, we seek someone with:
• Several years of experience in IT support or service desk
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, permission management, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange (on-premises and online)
• Good understanding of user support, documentation, and incident management
• Excellent Swedish in speech and writing, and good English
We find the following experience advantageous:
• Experience in process development or participation in IT projects
• Knowledge of system management, register structures, and user management in complex organizations
• Familiarity with collaborating with external IT and system suppliers
• Basic knowledge of finance and payroll systems
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Our operations are conducted in fresh premises in central Stockholm and Karlstad. The position is located in Karlstad and has goal-oriented (unregulated) working hours.
