SJR IT is seeking someone looking for a new challenge in IT support who can start their new position in the near future. As a consultant with SJR IT, you will work with on-site support at one of our customers in central Uppsala. The assignment starts with a consultant position at SJR IT with the intention of transitioning to a permanent position with our client.
About the Position
We prefer candidates with approximately 1-2 years of previous IT support experience and a strong interest in both technology and service. You will be based at our client's office in central Uppsala and become part of a friendly team of around 10 employees who enjoy spending time together outside of work.
Responsibilities
You will be part of a support function where you and your colleagues support customers with various technical problems. Your work will primarily be in a Windows environment, assisting users through Active Directory. You will handle cases via phone, email, and ticketing systems. You will also work on troubleshooting both hardware and software, largely performed through remote tools.
Suitable Background
We are seeking candidates with at least a high school diploma, preferably in IT or a technical field. You have worked in a similar role for approximately 1-2 years and enjoy supporting others. You have experience and knowledge of Windows and Active Directory. Additionally, you are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

As a person, you are service-minded, social, communicative, and collaborative. You are a good problem solver and flexible in your approach. You are meticulous in your work and enjoy working in a structured manner.
