Description:
We are seeking a service-oriented and technically skilled individual for an On Site Support role in Arjeplog, to work between November 24th to December 19th and between January 7th 2026 to March 30th 2026.
You will work on-site providing user support to our client's employees, handle basic IT-related issues, and contribute to smooth technical environment operations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site support (PC, printers, network, etc.)
• Ticket management (ServiceNow)
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Collaborate with other IT teams as needed
Qualifications:
• Basic IT knowledge
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Service-oriented and solution-focused
• Previous IT support experience is advantageous
• Office 365, AD, SCCM, Autopilot
Hourly Rate: Approx. 145 SEK (including holiday compensation)
