Are you ready for a greater challenge? The Police Authority is currently seeking IT Service Desk Staff for the Service Desk team. We are looking for someone who is positive and communicative with a focus on collaboration. The IT department currently consists of about 1,200 employees responsible for all IT utilized by the authority's 40,000 staff members. Our office is located in central Stockholm. **Job Description** - Receive incoming support cases related to IT questions from police staff – primarily via telephone. - Troubleshoot, resolve, and document support cases. - The Service Desk operates 24/7 and our staff work shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends. - Work must be conducted on-site at our facilities in Kungsholmen. Our systems are used by our police officers around the clock, year-round. As an employee in our Service Desk, you will have the opportunity to participate in an important societal mission and truly make a difference. **Qualifications** This is an opportunity for you who have: - A high school diploma. - Excellent ability to express yourself in spoken and written Swedish. - Experience working in a service role over the phone within an IT Service Desk, customer service, or equivalent, which the employer deems relevant. Employment requires Swedish citizenship. We consider it an asset if, in addition to the above, you also have: - Experience in support with case management and documentation. - Experience in knowledge management. - Experience in structured troubleshooting for users/customers. - Very good understanding and competency in IT and data. **Personal Characteristics** To thrive in this role, you need to be a positive and flexible person.
