ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced IT Supplier Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our IT vendors and suppliers, ensuring that services and products are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively in line with our business needs. The Supplier Manager is responsible for monitoring supplier performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
The supplier management function is a new role within the LeoVegas Enterprise IT department, and the Supplier Manager will play a key role in building this function. This position involves close collaboration with group procurement as well as various IT teams.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key IT suppliers and vendors.
• Monitoring supplier performance against agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conducting regular supplier performance reviews and providing feedback.
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT supplier relationships.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (e.g., procurement, legal, IT operations) to ensure effective supplier management.
• Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding of IT suppliers.
• Staying informed of industry trends and best practices in IT supplier management.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of the supplier management function within LeoVegas Enterprise IT.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Proven experience in IT supplier management, vendor management, or procurement roles.
• Strong understanding of IT services, software, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and create performance reports.
• Proficiency in contract management and vendor management tools.
NICE TO HAVES
• Certifications in ITIL, Project Management, or related areas are a plus.
