About the Role
You will be a central part of our tech team, responsible for ensuring that our IT environment operates seamlessly, securely, and scalably. The role is broad, combining classic IT support with cloud administration and system integration, and you will play an important role in our ongoing digitalization.
You will:
• Ensure and develop our Azure AD / M365 environment (identity, security, compliance, device management).
• Manage daily IT support: accounts, permissions, computers, networks, and VPN.
• Administer and improve our CRM environment and support connections to other systems.
• Maintain and optimize our contact center platform, including setup, monitoring, and quality assurance.
• Automate recurring tasks with PowerShell and simple scripts (Python is a plus).
• Contribute to reporting and data-driven decisions through Power BI (data refresh, access, troubleshooting).
• Participate in IT/security projects such as MFA rollout, SSO, cloud transformations, and monitoring.
• Document processes for onboarding, offboarding, and incident management.
About You
You are solution-oriented, structured, and confident in your skills – but also curious to learn new things. You enjoy working closely with people, see patterns in data, and gain energy from building systems that are actually used.
We believe you have:
• 3–5 years of experience in IT administration or IT support at a mid/senior level.
• Solid experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with Azure services (App Services, Function Apps, Storage, Key Vault).
• Good knowledge of PowerShell (and preferably basic coding in Python or similar).
• Basic understanding of networks, VPN, DNS, security, and backup.
• Experience working with SaaS tools, API integrations, and CRM platforms.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Preferred but not required:
• Experience with contact center platforms (e.g., Telavox, Aircall, JustCall, or similar).
• Basic understanding of SQL / Azure DB.
