IT Specialist Workplace / eClient – OnSite 100%
We are immediately seeking an experienced and driven IT Specialist in workplace services (eClient) for an assignment in Sundsvall. You will work closely with the IT management leader and become a key person in the development of the region's modern client platforms and services. This assignment is suitable for you if you are methodical, responsible, self-driven, and at the same time a strong team player with extensive experience working in complex IT environments.
🔹 Main Responsibilities
As an IT Specialist in eClient, you will:
• Support the IT management leader in the management of eClient
• Independently lead and drive work related to Windows 10/11
• Develop and manage the internal ordering function towards service providers of workplace services
• Participate in procurement processes and contribute to the work with requirements specification, technical analyses, and evaluations
• Build and strengthen management and delivery capability within application management according to service strategy
• Document on behalf of the buyer
• Conduct knowledge transfer to relevant personnel at the buyer's organization
The assignment requires 100% on-site presence in Sundsvall at the region's facilities.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (must be met)
✔️ Available 100%
✔️ Experience in needs analysis, requirements specification, and evaluation criteria
✔️ Solid experience in technical investigations and advanced requirements specification
✔️ 12+ years of experience in workplace services (technology & service) in IT organizations with >7000 clients
✔️ 14+ years in IT within larger operational organizations
✔️ Strong ability to independently lead, follow up, and be responsible for deliveries
✔️ Very good Swedish in both spoken and written form
✔️ Experience in managing smaller teams
✔️ Experience in service design
✔️ Extensive experience with eClient in organizations with >7000 workplaces
✔️ References must be provided (not from current employer or buyer)
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS (advantageous)
➕ Experience in design & implementation of Windows 10/11
➕ Experience in application requirements for IT infrastructure
➕ Documented ITIL experience (preferably certification)
➕ Experience with VDI (VMware & Citrix)
➕ Experience with smartcard implementations
➕ Experience with MDM in organizations with >2600 mobile devices
➕ Experience with MEM/Intune in organizations with >1500 mobile devices
➕ Experience with M365 Copilot implementation
