About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Technician who wants to become part of a dedicated and small team. You will work with support, troubleshooting, and ensuring that the IT environment operates smoothly. The role involves both daily user support and work with more advanced technical solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
• Providing support to users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in hardware, software, and networks.
• Managing and maintaining servers and network environments.
• Participating in improvement projects and contributing to the development of the IT infrastructure.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least 3 years of experience in in-house IT support.
• Has worked with server management and networks in previous roles.
• Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Is communicative and enjoys helping users.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization solutions.
• Knowledge of IT security and backup solutions.
This is a consulting assignment through us at Gigstep. Initially, you will be employed by us, with the possibility of transitioning to direct employment with the company in the future.
