You will be part of our Service Management team, collaborating with other Service Managers and working closely with the Finance and Risk business areas and their respective Product Owners. You will also have multiple contact points with other units and groups contributing to our financial and regulatory reporting. In your daily work, you will be responsible for both operational and tactical management and further development of applications and services within your area. This includes: • Responsibility for upgrades and lifecycle management to ensure systems and services meet regulations, quality, and security requirements • Follow up on incidents, manage and report risks, and create documentation to ensure sustainable long-term operations • Manage budget, licenses, cost tracking, and invoice and contract management - including collaboration with external suppliers • Participate in and drive procurement processes • Responsible for access management, information security classifications, and ITGC controls You will also drive initiatives and participate in projects to develop and improve the services and working methods you are responsible for - and to meet the changing needs of both the business and the external environment! Your Team and Workplace The Service Management team is a cohesive group of 8 people responsible for management and development of IT support for various business areas. We are part of the CIO organization, where approximately 130 IT specialists are grouped. Our office is located at Fleminggatan 20 in Stockholm, and we work with a flexible approach, with the opportunity to work remotely up to two days per week when it suits the tasks and team deliveries. About You We are seeking someone who wants to work in a dynamic environment where technology and business intersect. You have good system understanding and have worked as a Service Manager, or similar role at the IT/business interface, focusing on financial and/or regulatory reporting, and preferably with experience in economics. We seek someone with experience in the financial sector and an understanding of our business and operational conditions. You have a relevant degree and are comfortable with both Swedish and English as working languages. As a person and colleague, you are structured and solution-oriented. You enjoy creating stability while being willing and able to develop and improve working methods and roll up your sleeves wherever needed. You are curious and confident in taking comprehensive responsibility.
