The IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, and IT Security Unit is seeking several experienced IT security specialists for a creative, developmental, and challenging role in the Prosecutor Authority's IT Department. We are looking for someone who enjoys thinking outside the box, is self-driven, and supports the authority in becoming both more secure and efficient. As an IT security specialist, you will be part of a work group with highly competent and motivated colleagues who possess both breadth and depth. Your Responsibilities As an IT security specialist at the Prosecutor Authority, your daily work will be very diverse. One day might be dedicated to proactive tasks such as risk and vulnerability analyses, as well as strategic measures to enhance IT security. The next day could involve reactive work to trace and counteract unwanted activity. You will also participate as an expert in project planning, continuously follow up and ensure that planned work is executed correctly. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has - A university degree or other education deemed relevant by the employer - A strong technical interest and understanding of fundamental IT technology - Willingness and ability to learn new generations of the current technical platform - Several years of well-documented experience in a similar role As a Person, We Want You to - Be responsible and have good collaboration skills - Be a role model for other colleagues - Be structured and organized - Be solution-oriented and free from prestige - Communicate easily in both spoken and written Swedish and English You Have Specialized Expertise in Some of the Following Areas: - Scripting automation (Bash, Python, Powershell) - Virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, containers, Oracle VM) - Server operating systems (Linux, Windows) - Client operating systems (Windows, iOS) - Network equipment (Cisco, Fortinet) - Authentication (Kerberos, SAML, OpenID Connect) - Encryption, signing, and certificate management via PKI and HSM - Databases (MS and Oracle) - Identity management (IAM) - Log management (SIEM) - Penetration testing and vulnerability scanning About the Position - Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period - Tests may be part of the recruitment process - Position is classified as security-sensitive, requiring a background check - Swedish citizenship is mandatory for this position The Prosecutor Authority is a preparedness authority. Upon employment, you may be war-placed at the Prosecutor Authority. Due to archival regulations, we retain applications for two years.
