IT Project Manager with Requirements Analysis

Role Description We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager who can coordinate, direct, and drive digitalization projects within business-critical ticketing and sales solutions. The assignment includes requirements analysis, planning and follow-up, as well as active risk management. The role requires excellent ability to communicate in English in technical contexts. The scope varies between 60–100% depending on the project phase. Work Tasks • Coordinate projects and ensure progress according to decisions and goals. • Develop, follow up, and update project plans, and report status and risks. • Ensure delivery according to agreed goals and quality requirements. • Lead workshops, project and steering group meetings, and prepare decision-making documentation. • Conduct requirements analysis and develop requirements documentation in close collaboration with subject matter experts. • Work within the client's established templates and tools for management and documentation. • Continuously anchor processes and results with relevant stakeholders. Requirements • At least 4 years of documented experience in driving and leading IT projects. • Experience from at least 2 assignments describing workflows for service-oriented approaches and processes. • Project management experience of at least 1 assignment with web and app development for business-critical systems, preferably sales solutions. • Experience leading at least 1 project involving development of sales or other business-critical solutions. • At least 4 years of experience as a requirements analyst in application development, including requirements documentation. • Excellent English language skills, oral and written, for technical communication, documentation, and meetings. • Good proficiency in administration and documentation within public sector, including experience leading at least 1 project for a public organization. Meriting Factors • Experience with IT projects in public transportation, transport, or public sector. • Experience with ticketing and payment systems and third-party integrations (e.g., travel planners, customer portals, payment services, visa solutions). • Experience with system decommissioning or migration, including data migration and transition support. • Experience with agile methodologies and iterative delivery. • Documented experience leading cross-functional teams with internal and external resources. • Familiarity with structured project management tools. • Experience with risk analysis and quality follow-up in IT projects. • Experience with change management and communication during system transformations.
