About the Role: In this position, you will work as a consultant with exciting projects for both private companies and public organizations. Your responsibility will be to drive various types of projects with clear business benefits and ensure that implemented solutions are actually used and create value.
You will, for example:
• Plan, lead, and follow up on projects from start to finish.
• Ensure project budget, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with managers and employees at different levels within client organizations.
• Drive projects that contribute to efficiency and customer benefit.
Since this is a new business area within ArkivIT, you will have the opportunity to help shape this exciting new domain.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience as a dedicated IT project manager in the public sector within the last 10 years.
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.
• Experience in leading change management according to the SAFe framework.
• Relevant education from vocational college, university, or higher education.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
Merits:
• Experience with implementation and migration of IT systems.
• Experience in leading feasibility studies, such as requirements specification and investigation.
• Experience in business development in connection with IT projects.
• Experience with IT security.
