We are now looking for an IT Solution Architect to join our team!
Your Responsibilities
As an IT Solution Architect, you will be a strategic key player in developing our IT architecture. You will work closely with the business and our stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into sustainable, smart solutions that drive the business forward.
Main tasks:
• Create and develop IT target architecture for our agile teams and ensure that development aligns with our strategic goals.
• Coordinate and support developers during implementation phases – with a helicopter view over our Nordic IT platforms.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Product Owners to translate business requirements into concrete solution designs.
• Document and follow up on architecture principles.
• Participate in our 24/7 IT readiness team for business-critical applications – and contribute to ensuring that our most important systems are always operational.
Requirements
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who combines an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for development. You have solid experience (5-7 years) in IT development, IT operations, or solution design and enjoy turning complex challenges into smart solutions. You have good insight into electricity market and business processes and experience in IT planning as well as ITIL processes. With a strong customer focus and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, you become a natural bridge between technology and business. At the same time, you are self-driven and comfortable taking responsibility for your deliveries. You are also a strong team player with a natural ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
For this role, fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
It is advantageous if you:
• Understand complex software and hardware solutions and see opportunities where others see obstacles.
• Have knowledge of system design, integrations, networks, cloud services, and IT security.
• Are familiar with microservices architecture, cloud solutions (preferably Azure), Kafka, and Kubernetes.
• Have experience working in trading or 24/7 operations.
• Hold certifications such as TOGAF or similar.
