Do you want to be part of a sustainable and future-oriented industry that focuses on digitalization and innovation? Arctic Paper is in an exciting development phase and is now seeking an IT Integration Specialist for its paper mill in Munkedal - one of the world's most environmentally friendly and energy-efficient mills.
About the Role
As an IT Integration Specialist, you will be a key person in the IT team, responsible for further developing and managing Arctic Paper's integration solutions. You will work in an IT environment largely based on Microsoft technologies, alternating between independent work and close collaboration with colleagues in a supportive and unpretentious team.
The IT department consists of 27 employees, about ten of whom are based in Munkedal. The role includes both development and ongoing management of integration solutions, as well as server maintenance for a number of Windows-based servers.
The work also involves collaboration with other units within the group and with external IT partners. In the long term, on-call duty may be included in the role.
About You
To thrive and succeed in the role at Arctic Paper, we prefer that you are goal-oriented, proactive, and curious about developing your technical skills. You collaborate well with others, take responsibility, and contribute to a positive and solution-oriented work environment.
You work in a structured and methodical manner and have the ability to independently drive your work forward with high quality and clear focus. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Qualifications
We would like you to have experience in IT integration and a good knowledge of at least one integration platform, such as MS BizTalk, WebMethods, WSO2 Integration, or equivalent.
It is advantageous if you have knowledge of cloud services like Azure, experience with databases, and an understanding of operations, support, and execution of unit and integration tests.
We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education or equivalent competence acquired through previous work experience.
What You Will Be Part Of
At Arctic Paper, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where sustainability, innovation, and quality are at the center. Here, you will not just have a job - you will be part of a company that actively lives by its core values: together, commitment, and sustainability.
We work closely together and have a culture where we support, challenge, and inspire each other to achieve common goals. We are convinced that engagement creates results, that sustainability is a natural part of our daily lives, and that we go further when we do it together. Our work environment is welcoming, inclusive, and characterized by pride in our work and our striving to be the best in the industry. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop - both in your professional role and as a person.
