Responsibilities As Infrastructure Manager at Blomsterlandet, you'll have a key role in leading, developing, and optimizing our technical infrastructure. You'll ensure that the infrastructure is stable, scalable, secure, and supports our business needs. In this position, you'll have personnel responsibility for a team of technical specialists and will work closely with our suppliers and departments. You'll report to the CTO and be part of the IT management team. • Develop and implement our IT infrastructure strategy to meet needs in offices, stores, and e-commerce • Lead and coach a technical team, contribute to their development, and create motivation • Drive technical development and realize changes that move us towards our business goals with scalable and secure solutions • Ensure that the business always complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements for IT security and data protection • Responsible for budget planning and follow-up, focusing on efficient resource utilization • Build strong relationships with our suppliers and partners to ensure governance, collaboration, quality, and cost-effectiveness Your Profile For the role of Infrastructure Manager, we're seeking someone who is a confident and engaging leader with both strategic vision and technical understanding. You enjoy the operational day-to-day work of optimizing daily operations while looking forward and realizing Blomsterlandet's strategies through a future-proof infrastructure. • Several years of experience working with infrastructure in a leadership position • Higher education in IT, computer science, or equivalent experience • Experience in retail, with both physical stores and e-commerce is meritorious • Swedish and English in speech and writing We Offer We are a company on an exciting change journey with clear future visions.
