About the position:
SES Integration is part of the Nordic group SES Nordic and is now seeking an IT Manager who will have primary responsibility for our local IT infrastructure. You will be a key person in ensuring that our systems operate optimally while adapting the security architecture according to the group's guidelines from the CISO in Norway. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Swedish laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Operation and maintenance of local IT infrastructure (networks, servers, clients).
• Adaptation and implementation of security architecture according to the group's guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Swedish laws and regulations regarding IT and data protection.
• Coordinate with the Norwegian IT Manager and CISO for common standards and solutions.
• Contribute expertise regarding business systems and local adaptations.
• Provide user support and training to employees in Sweden.
• Participate in projects for digitization and process improvement.
Desired qualifications and attributes:
• Relevant education in IT or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and networks.
• Experience in IT security and knowledge of GDPR and Swedish regulations.
• Competence in business systems (ERP, CRM, or equivalent).
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (Norwegian is a plus).
