As an IT Administrator, you will play a central role in ensuring that our digital tools function smoothly in daily work. You will be a crucial link between technology, staff, and user support. Here, you will combine technical expertise with service-mindedness in a socially critical operation. Job Responsibilities The Ordinary Housing Department is in a digital development phase where several new digital work tools are being introduced. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and training staff on the organization's systems and providing support for IT and digitalization issues. You will prepare documentation for follow-up and decision-making, monitor developments in the field, and represent the organization in collaboration forums related to digitalization. Typical tasks include system administration for LMO (digital work schedules), E-locks, and MCSS (digital signing). You will introduce these systems to new employees and provide ongoing user support. In this role, you will manage administration of related digital equipment, such as key cabinets, access system tags and subscriptions, and maintain, update, and order IT equipment. In daily work, you will collaborate with other IT administrators, both in operational matters and through various networks related to the assignment, and participate in new system implementations. The position requires preparing statistics and cost allocation documentation, establishing inventory registers, and tracking digitalization developments. You will collaborate with other parts of the administration and serve as the organization's contact point with the IT department and Alarm Center. Qualifications We are seeking candidates who have: • Post-secondary education in IT • Experience working operationally in IT support or system administration, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates • Experience using Excel, such as for generating and compiling statistics • Good computer skills and experience using a computer as a primary work tool • Driver's license and ability to cycle • Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Additional merits include: • Experience in public sector operations As an IT Administrator, you must have strong communication skills to explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
