With an increase in new participants and a strengthened collaboration with leading transition organizations, our mission is more important than ever. As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting individuals through their transition process. Currently, we are looking for coaches who want to work on an as-needed and hourly basis. Perhaps you are retired and have extensive coaching experience, with the interest and desire to contribute still intact?
Your mission:
- To coach and guide participants towards their next career steps, including new employment, finding an internship, starting a business, or beginning an education.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has relevant education and experience in coaching or similar fields.
- Is a good listener and communicator, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Has a passion for helping others and the ability to see potential in every individual.
- Is flexible and can travel within the county.
- Has knowledge of the local labor market where you are located.
- Has the necessary skills to conduct coaching professionally, including knowledge of the labor market and various support systems in society, such as the services provided by the Public Employment Service and the Social Insurance Agency.
Experience in the following areas is advantageous:
- Actors and current legislation related to the labor market within the rehabilitation chain, as well as experience collaborating with these actors.
- Work-oriented rehabilitation and a desire to coach job seekers with physical or mental health issues.
Before employment begins, you will need to verify your qualifications through certified educational and employment certificates.

What is transition?
Our transition support, funded by various transition organizations, is designed to assist individuals facing job shortages and/or needing to retrain. We provide both standard transition services and health-adjusted support aimed at enabling participants to seek new employment, start their own business, or study based on their work capacity. This includes a series of personal meetings, interim contacts, and activities designed to support each participant's unique needs and circumstances.

- The position is a temporary employment as needed. Start date is to be agreed upon.
- Work can take place throughout Södermanland.
