Your Role

Saab offers diverse roles within IT, software development, systems engineering, electronics, and mechanical engineering. As an engineer with us, you will play a key role in developing advanced defense and security systems.
There are several ways to work at Saab as a recent graduate, in a team as a junior engineer, or through various introductory and trainee programs starting at the end of January.
Your Profile
To thrive and succeed at Saab, we are looking for someone who is curious and enjoys working in a supportive and positive work environment where collaboration is key to finding smart solutions. You should be nearing the end of your post-secondary studies or have recently graduated.
We believe you hold a bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following areas:
- Information Technology/System Science
- Computer Science
- Engineering Physics
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Mechanical Engineering

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
