About the position
As an Order Administrator, you will typically work in teams focusing on inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders. You will work B2B, with both end customers and resellers. In this role, you will receive, review, and ensure the quality of incoming orders. You will register orders in the business system and follow up to ensure that the order and delivery processes run smoothly. This naturally includes numerous external contacts with customers and suppliers, as well as internal communications between different departments. The teams work with a strong focus on service and always strive to maintain the highest possible customer satisfaction. It is important that you share this vision and are both collaborative and communicative. We place great emphasis on accuracy and coordination skills in this role. The position often entails overall responsibility for the organization’s customer matters, so you need to work in a professional, efficient, and engaged manner.

Who are you?
You have administrative experience and are accustomed to customer interaction. You have at least 1-2 years of experience in similar roles. It is highly advantageous if you have previously worked in order administration/Supply Chain, preferably within B2B. We would like you to have experience with business systems such as SAP or Pyramid (please note this in your CV), but it is not a requirement. You are computer literate, can easily familiarize yourself with new systems, and have good experience with the Office suite.
You are a very service-oriented person who always strives for the best possible results. You are meticulous, communicative, and have a high level of coordination skills. You can easily adapt to new tasks and ensure that you remain productive. It is a requirement for the position that you are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
