We are currently seeking engineers who are interested in working as project engineers and/or traffic engineers. As a project engineer or traffic engineer, you will have a broad and varied role where you work closely with project managers and specialists. You will become an important part of a project team and contribute to planning, coordinating, and following up on projects related to road and railway development, traffic flows, or construction technology. This is a role where you will grow quickly—both technically and personally—and gain unique insight into how large community projects are driven from idea to reality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a project or traffic engineer, you will for example:
- Support project managers and specialists in planning, executing, and following up on projects
- Participate in meetings and document decisions, as well as contribute to the follow-up of time, cost, quality, and environment
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and procurements
- Work with traffic-related analyses, planning, and improvements for safe and sustainable transport systems
- Contribute with feedback and development of working methods and routines
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, road and water, technology, traffic, or a related field equivalent to at least 180 credits.
- Has a genuine interest in community development and technology
- Thrives in a coordinating role and appreciates working in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- Has strong drive and the willingness to quickly take on responsibility with a fearless attitude towards new tasks
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has good computer skills, particularly in the Office suite
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in project work, construction, transport planning, or the construction industry
