About the Role

Oniverse, previously known as Calzedonia Group, is an Italian fashion group specializing in swimwear, tights, underwear, and cashmere garments. Since 1986 in Italy, we have built a global network of over 5000 stores in more than 50 countries. In Sweden, we opened our first store in 2013 and currently operate a total of 31 stores under the brands Calzedonia, Intimissimi, and Falconeri. You can find us in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Uppsala, Helsingborg, and Jönköping. Responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant, you will be a vital part of the team and contribute to creating unique customer experiences with top-notch service. You will build and maintain customer loyalty by acting as a trustworthy and engaged salesperson. Part of your responsibility will be to drive sales and be challenged to work towards daily goals and KPIs. You will also manage deliveries, work with merchandising, and ensure the store embodies the Intimissimi spirit.

Requirements

• You are proactive, positive, goal-oriented, and love engaging with new people.
• You have a passion for service, and exceeding customer expectations is second nature to you.
• You are curious and strive to become a strong and trustworthy salesperson.
• Fashion is your thing, and you enjoy our brands.
• You are flexible and can work part-time (25 hours) on weekdays and weekends in our store in Asecs in Jönköping!
• Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus.
