**About the Position**
We are currently seeking an internal service employee for the Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society (MUCF). The need arises as MUCF and the Agency for Support to Faith Communities will be relocating to shared premises on Torkel Knutssons gata. In connection with the move, there is an increased demand for an unpretentious and service-oriented resource who can support the operations with tasks of varying nature – both high and low.
**Relevant Tasks:**
- Office service/internal service work
- Collecting and distributing mail, as well as unpacking materials and shipments
- Picking up and receiving goods and packages
- Assisting with the move and furnishing
- Preparing premises and equipment for meetings and conferences
- Conducting troubleshooting related to property, reporting, and following up on issues in collaboration with the property owner/property manager
- Monitoring access and welcoming visitors
**Assignment Period and Scope:**
The position of office host/internal service employee is a full-time consultancy assignment with a planned start at the beginning of December. The assignment initially spans four months, with the possibility of extension for an additional two months. The total assignment duration may therefore amount to six months.
The work will take place on-site at the agency's premises.
**Requirements for the Position:**
• At least three (3) years of previous experience in internal service/office concierge or equivalent.
• Class B driver's license
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of case management systems
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
