**Job Description**
Are you interested in significantly advancing and supporting electrification at Bosch Home Comfort Group? Perhaps you are already familiar with heat pumps, ventilation units, control technology, and system solutions with hydraulic superstructures? **Your tasks & responsibilities**
- You will have daily contact with both Bosch colleagues from other departments and internal customers, providing technical support for Bosch Electric Solutions’ portfolio, with a special emphasis on heat pumps.
- The basis for your work will be market requests coming into our internal ticketing system; tracking progress, finding answers, and communicating continuously with the customer along the way.
- Your main focus will be on the North region/markets, and the Liquid/Water and Exhaust/Air heat pump technologies.
- You will take responsibility for analyzing technical problems in depth (root cause analysis), in close collaboration with various engineering functions, quality, lifecycle management, etc.
- For more critical topics, you will take the lead in defining field containment actions and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
- You will contribute to feeding our technical knowledge database with content and share updates with the regional technical support teams in regular information sessions.
- You may support market product training and maintain training rooms; monitor the installation of new appliances (done by external contractors) and overall improve training facilities in various ways.
- You may also be involved in testing software update concepts/tools for our appliances, as well as carrying out other tests when needed to resolve open support inquiries.
**Qualifications**
**Required skills**
- Education: Degree in an engineering field, or comparable professional experience.
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
- You love problems (and solving them)!
- You are structured and organized, with good coordination skills.
- Above this, you have consistently proven to be improvement-oriented, highly responsible, and proactive throughout your life.
**Preferred skills**
One or more of the preferred skills below will be considered advantageous.
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken Swedish.
- Previous experience in:
- Engineering function/field; technical development (hardware or software) or lifecycle, quality, or project management.
- Customer-focused areas/interfaces/environments; Sales, After Sales/Service, marketing, product management, etc.
- Familiarity with agile-style work environments and corresponding tools/platforms, such as Kanban boards in Jira.
- SAP experience.
- Familiarity/personal interest in working in a cross-functional, international environment.
- Relevant professional communication experience is also a plus; both more formal written communication and “team-internal collaborative style” (such as conducting and moderating regular meetings).
- You have some previous experience involving technical writing/documentation.
- Practical experience with heat pumps or refrigeration technology; either from conducting tests or from other practical work, service, or maintenance procedures of a heat pump.
