At our client, you will be the person who holds together the entire internal IT puzzle piece – from the heartbeat of the network and license controls to continuous security, training, and structure. Here, you step in as their internal IT engine, thinking ahead and taking ownership of processes, routines, and information security. You work closely with the business, have the mandate to improve, and do not wait for instructions – you create them. ABOUT THE POSITION Our client is a leading player in medical technology and e-health solutions, developing technology that streamlines healthcare flows globally – this is your chance to contribute to a product that directly helps healthcare and your fellow humans! Despite their leading position in the market, they are a smaller company with about 30-40 employees where departments work closely and collaborate with each other. The company is currently undergoing a restructuring with a clear vision to advance in its development and structure! We are looking for someone who wants to take overall responsibility for our client's internal IT environment and be the person who ensures that our everyday operations run smoothly – both technically and structurally. Here, you will step into a broad role where you combine operational IT support with operations, information security, proactive improvements, and work with internal processes and quality systems. The role involves independent work with significant responsibility and the opportunity to shape the IT process. RESPONSIBILITIES Tasks * Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the internal IT environment * Management of licenses, devices, computers, phones, and workplace accessories * Maintenance of networks, switches, WiFi, firewalls, VPN, and network segmentation * Responsibility for printers, physical access, and coordination with the landlord * Backup and storage management as well as recovery testing * Administration of users, onboarding/offboarding, and device management * IT security: penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and documented processes * Reporting on the IT environment and support in risk management and information security efforts * Implementation and follow-up of internal IT and security training * Contact with external suppliers and collaboration with development on test environments * Participation in work with ISO 20000 and ISO 27000 certifications WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Has experience working in Internal IT support, preferably in a broad role where you have managed operations, user support, and initiated improvements. - Has good knowledge of Technical support. - Possesses a solid understanding of IT security, networks, and modern operational environments - Is comfortable working independently, driving initiatives forward, and taking ownership of processes and structure. - Has experience with routines, documentation, and follow-up within the internal IT environment. - Has a structured and methodical approach where you highly value order, quality, and continuity. - Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have - Previous experience with server hardware and clustered environments, as well as systems like "Intune, Azure, Windows Defender for endpoint" - Basic understanding of ISO 20000 and ISO 27000. - Experience working with or conducting internal security training. - Experience from environments with test labs, DevOps, or similar.
