Pont Packaging NV is now seeking a talented Internal Sales Representative for the office in Lund. Job Description As an Internal Sales Representative, you'll work closely with customers and colleagues in sales, purchasing, and logistics. Your daily work is varied – you'll administer order flows, follow up on deliveries, and ensure smooth processes from quote to invoice. You'll provide advice, follow up on customer matters, and actively contribute to the sales team's collective goals. The role requires a good understanding of the business and a natural sense for structure, service, and relationships. Example tasks: • Manage and process customer orders, quotes, and product inquiries • Provide proactive customer service and follow-up • Coordinate with Supply Chain and finance team to ensure delivery times • Support the external sales manager and Nordic customers with commercial and administrative tasks • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system (Exact Globe) This is a role for someone who likes order, but also appreciates dynamic environments – where your ability to prioritize, collaborate, and take initiative makes a real difference. Required Experience and Competence • High school or post-secondary education in sales, administration, or business • Several years of experience in sales or order handling within B2B • Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems • Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written • Valid EU passport and B driver's license • Knowledge of Danish and Norwegian is meritorious Position Temporary employment, with intention to transition to permanent position after 1 year.
