Interim Assignment - Inside Sales Manager
This is a full-time consulting assignment, perfect for you with your own company or if you wish to be employed through us for a client assignment.
We are now looking for someone who thrives in the role of a consultant and has experience in project management, change management, and sales. In this role, you will lead the inside sales team and ensure that sales targets are met through both direct and indirect sales.
The role involves leading and driving improvement initiatives to ensure effective new and upselling, enhanced customer loyalty, and goal achievement. You will also be responsible for optimizing the agent network and implementing initiatives that enable sustainable and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for sales targets and lead the daily operations of the inside sales team, ensuring that the team works effectively with prospecting, quotation work, and customer engagement.
• Coach and support inside sales representatives and the agent manager.
• Analyze agents' sales, results, and adherence to targets, as well as initiate, lead, and follow up on improvement initiatives.
• Analyze the current process for new sales - identify areas for improvement and possible efficiencies.
• Ensure that we continuously work to strengthen our customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify possible improvements within the CRM system to streamline, automate, and enhance the quality of collected data.
• Lead and drive social media (lead generation) campaigns.
Your Background:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, business, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in operational sales, both new customer acquisition and key account management.
• Experience in leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
• Experience in indirect sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
It is highly advantageous if you have experience in:
• Project management and change management.
• Process optimization.
More About the Assignment:
You will be hired out to the client through Intensogruppen. It is also acceptable to apply if you have your own company. The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for 12 months. We welcome your application as soon as possible!
