About the assignment
At Novare, we are a proud and approved supplier of the government framework agreement in Sweden. We are now seeking an interim manager for Linköping University.
As an interim manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the administrative operations of the department. This includes managing approximately 30 employees divided into two units. As interim manager, you will also be part of the department’s management team and oversee two subordinate unit managers.
For this role, we are looking for a confident leader with previous experience in similar assignments and a background in leading other managers. You are communicative, driven, and analytical. Experience in the public sector is considered an advantage.
Assignment period and scope
The assignment is full-time from November 26, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension. The workplace will be at the agency in Linköping.
