Are you a confident leader seeking a meaningful challenge where you can truly make a difference? On behalf of a client, we are now seeking an experienced consultant for a Unit Manager position.
About the Assignment:
• Start: Immediately
• Scope: Full-time, 8 hours/day
• Duration: At least 3 months forward
• Location: Sollefteå (Work performed on-site)
As Unit Manager, you have overall responsibility for a department with approximately 15-20 employees. You have full operational, personnel, and budget responsibility and lead work towards set goals.
A central part of the role is the comprehensive treatment responsibility for the young people cared for in the department. You are part of the institution's management team, drive method development, and ensure a good and safe work environment. On-call management according to a rotating schedule is included in the assignment.
Responsibilities
As unit manager for a department, you are responsible for the work on the unit to ensure that established goals are met. You have overall treatment responsibility for those staying in the department. Furthermore, as unit manager, you have operational, personnel, and budget responsibility for the department's approximately 15-20 employees.
Leadership also includes method development, documentation, and follow-up as important components. You are part of the management team and, in addition to departmental responsibility, should work towards development.
Qualifications
To succeed in this assignment, we are looking for someone who is:
• A responsible manager with many years of experience.
• Holds a relevant academic degree in social sciences, behavioral sciences, or healthcare.
• Possesses solid knowledge in care, treatment, and safety work.
• Holds a B driver's license.
Meriting:
• Previous experience in state institutional care is strongly meriting.
