About the Role
We are currently seeking an Interim Manager for the Property Management Unit for a project in the public real estate sector. The assignment starts in December 2025 and runs until December 2026, with potential for extension.
As an interim manager, you will have a key role in leading, developing, and quality assuring property management in a large organization, focusing on customer benefits, sustainability, and long-term community development. Job Responsibilities

- Ensuring compliance with contracts, authority requirements, rules, and laws

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who have:
- Relevant university education or equivalent experience in property management
- At least 10 years of management experience in property management, preferably with responsibility for large staff groups
- Strong knowledge of property economics, rental and property law, and construction technology
- Experience with target management, maintenance planning, and project management
- Documented experience in developing strategic management and leading organizational changes
- Good understanding of social sustainability, tenant dialogues, and security work
- Knowledge of contract law, public procurement, tendering, and negotiation
- Driving license Class B
- Excellent Swedish and English communication skills, both verbal and written
