About the Position
We are currently seeking an Interim Manager for Linköping University! In this role, you will lead and coordinate the administrative work of the department. You will be responsible for a division of approximately 30 employees, including two unit managers, and will be part of the department's management team.
The position includes the following responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the department's administrative operations
- Oversee a division of approximately 30 employees divided into two units
- Manage two subordinate unit managers
- Be part of the department's management team.
Assignment Period and Scope:
The Interim Manager position is a full-time consultancy role starting in week 48 of 2025 and is expected to continue until week 27 of 2026.
Requirements for the Position:
• Experience in personnel management
• Background in the education sector
• Previous involvement in a management team

Preferred Qualifications for the Position:
