Responsibilities
As an interim project manager, you will take overall responsibility for an ongoing ERP project focused on migrating from M3 to Dynamics, where a company within the food group will be integrated. The role involves leading the project through implementation and stabilization, with responsibility for timelines, quality, and coordination of internal resources and external consultants. You will work closely with management and the project's superusers as well as system users. Your task is to drive the feasibility study to completion and ensure the successful migration within the project. The assignment requires both strategic oversight and the ability to be hands-on in discussions regarding technology and processes. Project Context
• ERP migration from M3 to Dynamics within a larger food group, where a company within the group will be integrated.
• The feasibility study is partially completed; the next steps are migration and implementation.
• Inventory of hardware and local systems remains.
• The project encompasses several streams: IT, HR, Finance, Commercial – the focus for this role is IT.
• There are 6–8 internal superusers for master data and system work.
• The project manager will lead these individuals, complete the feasibility study, and drive the migration. The role requires the ability to handle both technical discussions regarding Dynamics and more general discussions with users.
Specific Tasks
• Lead and coordinate the ERP project (Dynamics).
• Ensure delivery according to schedule, quality, and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and external consultants.
• Manage risks, communication, and change management.
• Report to the steering group and project management.
Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes
• At least 5 years of project management experience within ERP (primarily Dynamics). Experience with M3 is a plus.
• Thorough understanding of business systems, master data, and financial processes.
• Leadership experience with responsibility for coordinating superusers and consultants.
• Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable working both strategically and operationally.
You work in a structured manner and are accustomed to managing complex projects with many stakeholders. Your leadership is characterized by clear communication and practical support to the team. You are solution-oriented and confident in making decisions even under time pressure. You demonstrate integrity in reporting and show commitment both strategically and operationally.
About the Position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting four months, with the possibility of extension on a part-time basis thereafter.
