About the assignment
In this role, you will work independently but with support from colleagues within the unit, primarily on various internal operations. The pace is fast, with both short, quick assignments and long-term projects that extend over several years. Some examples of tasks include:
• Producing texts and news
• Photography and videography
• Internal and external communication
• Planning, executing, and following up on communication efforts
• Maintaining a holistic perspective on how communication can be effective.
You will do this in close collaboration with different parts of the administration. Over time, you will work for various offices and subject areas.
Who are you?
The selected consultant should meet the following requirements:
• Relevant education or equivalent experience
• At least 4 years of experience as a communicator in a central communication function within municipal administration in the last 6 years
• Experience as a communicator in larger organizations with at least 5,000 employees
• Experience as a communicator for large projects (steering group, project group, directives) that span at least 1 year within the last 4 years
• Experienced writer with a background in clear language communication
• Experience in photography, videography, and Photoshop as a communicator
• Experience with AI in the communicator role
• Experience in communication via social media
It is advantageous if the candidate has:
• Familiarity with working across various channels and the ability to handle complex contexts and make them understandable based on the needs of target groups

You are offered
The assignment is a full-time position at 75%, with a start date as soon as possible, but no later than December 1, 2025, and lasting until February 28, 2026. The location is Södertälje, and work will be conducted on-site.
