We Are Now Seeking an Interim Sustainability Manager for Liseberg
About the Assignment
The assignment starts no later than January 12, 2026, and runs until May 31, 2026. The position is part-time (80%). Work is performed on-site, with external meetings also taking place.
Your Responsibilities
The Interim Sustainability Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing Liseberg's sustainability work in accordance with current strategy, governing documents, and legislation. The role is advisory and supportive. The assignment includes ensuring that sustainability work is well-anchored in the organization and conducted in a structured manner aligned with established goals. The Interim Sustainability Manager will track sustainability data and reporting. You will monitor relevant legal requirements and ensure that governing sustainability documents are current and communicated. As the contact person for sustainability issues both internally and externally, including administrative matters, you will inform management and relevant functions about the status of sustainability work. The role requires good collaboration skills, diplomatic competence, and experience working cross-functionally. The Interim Sustainability Manager will participate in relevant internal and external meetings and working groups to support coordination and compliance. The focus is on maintaining structure, coordinating efforts, ensuring continuity in sustainability work, and promoting a culture where all employees feel responsible for their part in the organization's sustainability efforts.
Your Qualifications
• Completed relevant college or university degree, preferably focused on sustainability or environmental science
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in strategic, tactical, and operational sustainability work, with documented good results
• At least three (3) years of relevant leadership experience
Merits
