Job Description Do you have previous experience working with sustainability in a leading position? Have you worked as a sustainability advisor to ensure compliance with legal requirements and governing documents in an organization? Then we have the position for you! Liseberg is currently seeking an Interim Sustainability Manager! As an interim sustainability manager, you are responsible for coordinating and managing Liseberg's sustainability work in accordance with current strategy, governance documents, and legislation. The role is advisory and supportive, involving ensuring that sustainability work is well-anchored in the organization and conducted in a structured manner aligned with established goals. As an interim sustainability manager, you will follow up on sustainability data and reporting. Furthermore, you are responsible for monitoring relevant legal requirements and ensuring that governing sustainability documents are current and communicated. You will act as a contact person for sustainability issues both internally and externally, including government matters, and inform management and relevant functions about the status of sustainability work. The role requires good collaboration skills, diplomatic competence, and experience working cross-functionally. The focus is on maintaining structure, coordinating efforts, ensuring continuity in sustainability work, and promoting a culture where all employees feel responsible for their part in the organization's sustainability efforts. This role does not include personnel responsibility but acts in support of the two environmental specialists who comprise the regular staffing of the unit. Qualifications • Completed relevant college or university degree, preferably with a focus on sustainability or environmental science. • At least three (3) years of relevant experience in strategic, tactical, and operational sustainability work, with documented good results. • At least three (3) years of relevant leadership experience.
