Integration Developer

Role Description You will build and drive scalable microservices in Kubernetes with a focus on real-time integrations. The assignment will be in close collaboration with platform and architecture teams and covers a 100% position. Work Tasks • Design, develop, and deploy microservices in Kubernetes environments with Helm and CI/CD. • Build and consume real-time and event-driven APIs (WebSocket, streaming, gRPC). • Integrate solutions with AWS services such as EKS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM. • Connect backend services to AI services hosted in Azure. • Ensure authentication, authorization, and data protection according to best practices. • Establish measurability and observability in distributed systems for operational stability. • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code and automate quality assurance. • Troubleshoot production and drive improvements for performance, robustness, and cost. Requirements • Documented experience building and deploying microservices in Kubernetes (EKS, Helm, CI/CD). • Strong competence in AWS (EKS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.). • Experience with integrations to AI services in Azure. • Solid backend skills in Java, Node.js, Python, or equivalent. • Practical experience with event-driven and real-time APIs (WebSocket, streaming, gRPC). • Deep understanding of cloud security, authentication/authorization, and data protection. • Focus on scalability, resilience, and observability in distributed systems. • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with platform/architecture teams. Meritorious • Experience with event platforms and queues (e.g., Kafka or Kinesis). • Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform or AWS CDK). • Service mesh and advanced traffic management in Kubernetes. • OpenAPI/AsyncAPI and contract-driven development. • Test automation for distributed systems, including performance and load testing. • Experience with SRE principles and production in high-volume environments.
