Due to the strong demand for our boats, Linjett Yachts is currently seeking an installer/assembler for mechanics, electronics, plumbing, heating, and similar components for marine applications. The work involves processing various materials such as wood, laminate, and metal, as well as using adhesives and screws for assembly. A vocational training background is advantageous, perhaps you have completed a high school program in vehicle technology or technical studies. Previous experience working with boats is not required, but you should have an interest in developing within the company and the boating industry.
We offer excellent opportunities for continuous development and expanding your knowledge alongside the production of our boats. You need to be good at maintaining structure and order in your work and be able to independently plan and carry out installations under responsibility. Collaboration with the team is as important as being able to manage your own work.
We believe that you should be residing or able to relocate within a 45-minute radius of Rosättra (Norrtälje), as we are looking for a long-term employment arrangement, and longer commutes are difficult to justify.
As a boatyard, we strive to remain at the forefront with high competence. For the right person, there is great freedom in the job, combined with competent and cheerful colleagues who all work towards development and helping each other. We are a workplace that values diversity in every aspect.
