About the Position:
As a construction or installation manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that installations are carried out correctly, meet all requirements, and maintain high quality. You will be responsible for project follow-up, reporting, and verification of work preparations and permits, which requires meticulousness and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- High school engineering degree or equivalent
- Documented professional competence/education in the requested technical area
- At least three years of experience as a construction manager/installation manager or project manager for similar contracts in the requested technical area
- Documented knowledge of contract law and the technical area's regulations, e.g., AMA
- Good language skills in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Basic safety coordination (Bas-U and Bas-P) competence
Meritorious Experience and Competencies:
- Experience working in tunnel environments
- Experience participating in inspections
- Experience with testing and commissioning
- Experience working with traffic authority rail installations or facility parts
