About the Role:
We are currently seeking a candidate on behalf of a client to take primary responsibility for installation and schedule coordination in a pharmaceutical industry investment project. The project involves renovating existing premises and installing new equipment, requiring a coordinated installation management approach to plan, control, coordinate, follow up, and report cross-disciplinary dependencies to ensure project deliverables are produced and handed over contractually, safely, on time, and with the right quality.
Responsibilities include:
• Monitoring, following up, and coordinating schedules
• Coordinating spaces, drilling, and collision prevention
• Planning logistics and access, including lifting and equipment transportation
• Boundary management and change order processes
• Coordinated testing, commissioning, and coating, including CE marking planning
• Quality and self-checks, relationship and operation/maintenance documentation
• Tracking project status, risks, and deviations
• Coordinating subcontractors within process installations
• Establishing clear, timely reporting and escalation paths
• Managing documentation such as user documentation, relationship documents, and regulatory compliance documentation
This will involve daily on-site presence to coordinate activities, conducting weekly production plan meetings, process coordination, participating in HSE coordination rounds, commissioning forums, and construction meetings.
Requirements:
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Experience in installation coordination for construction projects, particularly with GMP requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
